About the Role

Value Point Realty is looking for a smart, confident, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive property sales, attract new clients, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy meeting people, and be able to turn enquiries into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Present available properties and recommend suitable options based on clients' needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site inspections.
  • Negotiate and close property sales professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients before and after purchase.
  • Support the execution of digital and physical marketing campaigns.
  • Promote company properties across social media and other marketing channels.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, activations, and networking events to generate sales opportunities.
  • Meet monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Good understanding of social media as a marketing tool.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in Benin City or willing to work in Benin City.
