We are a growing consumer electronics and solar accessories brand seeking a

Business Manager – Solar & Electronics

to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage field operations across Lagos. The ideal candidate is a high‐energy, target‐driven sales professional with strong knowledge of electronics markets and proven experience in physical product sales.

The Business Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, onboarding new retail partners, supervising field sales agents, and ensuring consistent market visibility for our solar powerbanks, chargers, cables, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of solar powerbanks, chargers, cables, and related electronics.
  • Visit retailers, distributors, and phone shops daily to generate sales.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new retail partners across Lagos and other part of Nigeria.
  • Supervise and support field sales agents to ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and basic marketing activations.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Ensure proper brand representation in all assigned markets.

Requirements

2–4 years

experience in physical product sales (solar, electronics, FMCG).

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship‐building skills.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos electronics markets (Computer Village, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to manage and motivate field sales agents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • OND / HND / BSc qualification accepted.

Must be willing to work

onsite

and be active in the field daily.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • #150,000 to ₦200,000 monthly salary
  • Commission on sales
