by Mountain of Fire Prayer City. The Accounts/Finance Manager manages budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance, while providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Coordinates the financial aspects of a company and should be either a

manufacturing

or management accountant

.

  • Provides input related to funding requests or strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in standard office and business software; familiarity with accounting or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Prepares financial reports such as profit projections in layman's terms while paying attention to detail.
  • Analyses market trends and competitor's moves to gather expertise to enable the Company to expand her opportunities.
  • Focuses on growing and maximizing the finances of the organization.
  • Handles financial negotiations with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Develops long-term business plans based on financial reports.
  • Predicts future financial trends and analyzes associated financial risks.

Requirement

BSc, HND in Finance, Accounting or Economics, with

at least

3 years

experience as accounts/finance manager or financial analyst, with professional certifications and membership of requisite professional institutions.
