About the role

We are seeking a technology leader with a passion for driving innovation and ensuring seamless IT operations who will oversee the Bank's technology infrastructure, Core Banking Application (BankOne), network operations, cybersecurity, systems administration, vendor management, and branch IT support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of the Bank's IT environment while supporting business growth through reliable technology solutions and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant IT experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BankOne, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
