Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the sales of our products and services within our Engineering/Oil & Gas department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for the department's products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including corporate and industrial buyers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions
  • Follow up on leads and quotations, and manage the sales pipeline to closure
  • Support branding and marketing initiatives to promote the department's offerings
  • Prepare routine performance reports and forecast for management
  • Ensure company target are met as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably within an industrial or technical products/services environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry landscape is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
