Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in laundry quality control, garment care, laundry operations, or a related role.
  • Practical experience in inspecting, quality-checking, folding, and packaging clothes.
  • Good knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning processes, garment care, ironing, pressing, and finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains, damages, missing items, poor finishing, and other quality issues.
  • Good organizational, communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills.
  • Must be responsible, thorough, committed to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect completed laundry and dry-cleaning orders to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Check garments for remaining stains, odours, damages, colour issues, poor ironing, pressing, or finishing.
  • Ensure garments are correctly matched with customer orders and that no items are missing.
  • Properly fold, arrange, tag, and package garments according to company standards.
  • Recheck and return garments that do not meet the required quality standard for correction before release.
  • Record and report quality issues and recurring errors while working with laundry staff and management to maintain consistent quality across all branches.
