Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, or a related operations management role.
  • BSc/HND in a relevant field of study.
  • Strong knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning operations, garment care, stain treatment, washing processes, and quality control.
  • Proven ability to supervise and manage staff, monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality.
  • Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations while ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure garments are properly processed, handled, packaged, and delivered according to company standards.
  • Monitor quality control and minimize damages, losses, errors, and customer complaints.
  • Manage the proper use of equipment, detergents, and other operational materials while ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Handle customer concerns, prepare operational reports, and provide regular feedback and recommendations to management.

Monday – Saturday
