In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients, perform evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews and comprehensive examinations.
  • Diagnose medical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with current medical guidelines. • Interpret diagnostic test results, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies, to inform clinical decisions.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to provide holistic patient care. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive measures, and treatment options.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or MBBS) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the designated region.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a specialized field of medicine or additional certifications in relevant areas.
  • Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and treatment technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple patients effectively.
