Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Junior Machine Operator

to support the operation and maintenance of our water production and packaging equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating water production, bottling, and packaging machines.
  • Monitor equipment during production and report any faults or unusual performance.
  • Assist with basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
  • Support machine cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Follow production, quality, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist technicians and senior operators with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production work area.
  • Record basic production and machine operating information as required.

Requirements

  • OND, Technical Certificate, or relevant vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related technical fields.
  • Basic understanding of machines and mechanical equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo technical training.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not required.
