ABMTEK Limited is looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Automotive Workshop Manager with at least 7–10 years of automotive industry experience, including strong workshop management experience.

The ideal candidate must be able to

  • Lead technicians and improve productivity
  • Increase workshop revenue and profitability
  • Improve turnaround time, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Control costs, inventory and operational wastage
  • Develop and execute practical business growth strategies

Requirements

  • Proven workshop leadership experience
  • Strong automotive technical knowledge
  • Commercial thinking and measurable results from previous roles.
