Job Description

We are looking for a driven, smart, and reliable Estate Surveyor to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate and ready to grow your career with a reputable company, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, and market surveys
  • Carry out property valuation and appraisal for sales, leases, and mortgages
  • Manage and market residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Prepare valuation reports, agency reports, and inspection reports
  • Assist in property negotiations and deal closures
  • Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions
  • Support the firm’s marketing activities, including property promotions
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and real estate regulations
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to estate surveying practice

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Estate Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Possession of an unexpired driver’s licence (added advantage)
  • Proximity to our office is a major advantage to help reduce transportation costs
