Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage executive protection operations for VIPs, corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished clients.
  • Lead and supervise executive protection teams to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, standard operating procedures, and security protocols.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, government, diplomatic, and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, quotations, and contract documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business growth, profitability, and client retention objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
